Outdoors – Walk & Talk – Ecotherapy.

Phoenix Park / UCD

I work outdoors with both individuals and groups as the outdoors can sometimes be more conducive to therapy than the office. With individual 1:1 counselling/eco-therapy we would usually meet in my office for the first session or two and always keep the option of indoors available in the event of bad weather or a preference for the office. The process is naturally quite organic and can take the form of walking & talking or using spaces e.g. gardens, tree groves etc
