Individuals

For some people, sitting in front of a therapist can be too intense so walking side by side or sitting in an outdoor setting can be very helpful. During this therapy we use natural settings to help us explore our inner journey in a way that might not happen in the office. We will always have the option to decide not to go outdoors and conduct a session indoors. This may happen for a variety of reasons including weather and ill health. Typically we use public recreation areas or private outdoor settings. 

I have found that some Ecotherapy or Nature-based interventions are particularly effective for PTSD and other anxiety related issues and there are many studies to endorse this finding. 

I also offer individual nature based workshops specifically designed to address a multitude of needs including coaching, fitness and rituals including ash scattering and end of life preparation. 

Groups

I facilitate corporate, private and public events with a variety of nature-based goals. Each event is specifically tailored to respond to the landscape and occasion. 

Corporate events and retreats range from stress relief workshops, team-building retreats and events designs to blast though blocks or to harness the creative, regenerating and abundant power of nature. 

Private events and retreats use nature to honour the cycles of life including Birth, Coming of Age, Marraige, Birthday and end of Life celebrations and more site specific events. 

Public events take place in outdoor recreational areas throughout the country to mark special events or to help bring the general public back into connection with the natural environment.
