My Approach to Counselling

Conn Fitzgibbon MIACP

I am a fully qualified and accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) with 16 years experience in Mental Health services. I am currently undertaking an MA in Depth Psychology.

I use an Integrative and Humanistic approach which means I draw from a variety of theories and techniques and I believe each individual has the capacity to define their own personal growth and change. Since qualifying in EMDR therapy my approach has become a little more directive and solution focused.

I provide a professional, informative, non judgemental, collaborative and compassionate space for growth and change to take place.
