Appointments & Fees

Regular appointments last approximately 50 mins and take place at the same time and place each week. I also offer extended EMDR sessions that last up to 80 minutes.

The time is yours, so arrive on time. For online meetings you can log into the software at any time before the meeting to check your connection, audio and get settled etc. I recommend taking 10-15mins before and after each online appointment to get some air or to take a break from your normal schedule and allow some time to prepare for your session and unwind after.

A common question is how long does therapy last? As each situation is unique; there is no standard time-frame for a course of therapy. Normally it is recommended to commit to six weeks and to review how the therapy is going after that.

Ending Therapy, naturally you are free to stop therapy at any time. When the work is done we both know as we have achieved the goals set out at the beginning. An ending session or two then helps to evaluate and discuss future directions.

Fees 2023

The cost is €80 per session for Individual 1:1 Counselling and €110 for extended EMDR sessions.

I try not to turn anyone away so depending on circumstances I offer a sliding scale on my fee.

*As of Jan 2023 my very low cost slots are taken and my waitlist is full for this service.

Fees are payable before or immediately after each session. I accept Cash, Paypal, Revolut, Bank Transfer and will provide invoices and receipts upon request.
